This agreement is a legal contract between you and Songshu VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the App and related network connection services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative works from the App or related trademarks without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will disclose such changes in an appropriate location. Users are responsible for device security, account credentials, and their local network environment.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or app distribution components. When using related features, you may also be subject to those third-party terms and privacy policies.

The service depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, traffic limits, system settings, carrier network quality, or local firewall restrictions. Using the App on mobile data or while roaming may incur carrier data or roaming charges, which are the user's responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service unavailability caused by depleted battery, disabled system permissions, outdated app versions, or third-party platform restrictions is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route and node information, but network status may be affected by third-party infrastructure and can change. To ensure compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary.

Non-Refund Policy: Digital services, software licenses, or subscription benefits are generally considered final once activated and are not eligible for no-reason refunds.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital access rights are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.
